Lindsay Lohan turned 23 this week, and of course she did it in style. The MGM Grand in Las Vegas paid her $70,000 to hold her party there.

Her shirt looks like it has an oreo on it, her shoes have those annoying little flowers I HATE, and what's with the gangster hat? I thought that was jon's thing?
